Nice shoe selection. I lost my receipt and needed a different size shoe and they were more than willing to trade them out for a larger size without any hassle. Helpful and happy employees as well.

Went in looking for some shoes after walking the mall decided I ended up buying some shoes here. The store was busy the help was very helpful and didn't mind spending my money here. If you in the mall in need of some shoes stop in and see what they have to offer. I'd recommend this place.

WOW! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Shoe Palace will be my number one place to shop for shoes moving forward. I was helped by Valerie (Manager) and she was awesome. Valerie was very knowledgeable with all the different types of shoes and made sure that all my questions were answered in detail. Valerie's customer service exceeded my expectations as a customer. Thank you Valerie for all of your help, it's greatly appreciated.

Had a great experience here! I normally wouldn’t write a review about a shoe place but felt that I had to with how great the staff was with us. My 4 year old and I showed up and each left with some great shoes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not annoying and pushy at all. They even helped my 4 year old put on his new shoes and socks and he loved the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the best Shoe Palace location by far! Its always high energy, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great shoe selection and often have some type of sale going on! Definitely recommend visiting this location for any and all of your shoe needs. They even have cute clothing and a small variety of socks that are very comfortable. The whole staff is always smiling and seem very welcoming. One rep that stands out to me in particular is Chandler, his customers service has a way of making you feel like family! I will definitely be back!

Got my girl some vapor max plus shoes on sale for $99 not bad for shoes that are $210 the store is nice and the employees were very helpful

I order some shoes online but only one shoe was shipped. Unfortunately customer service said they are not able to send one shoe but sent me one shoe lol. I feel customer service could have done more but oh well. But I DO WANT TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO THE STORE MANAGE CAM. Yaaayy!!! He didn’t have any control over the final decision. But he did go above and beyond to help find the missing shoe. Guess what? He found the shoe. It wasn’t at his store it was at another location. He put in some work on top of running a store. I’m very appreciative that he took the time out of your busy day to keep me posted on the process. May great things come his way. If there is a way to rate him 10 stars I would proudly do that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just a small disclaimer: I have never visit this store or met Cam. And he did all this for me. 😊 Thanks again Cam. I feel they made an excellent choice for making you a store manager.

Julio was very welcoming and hooked me up with a great deal for shoe cleaner. Got fresh kicks and good experience. Will be back for more shoes and hopefully Julio will be here.

I was in on 9/7 right at open and the two gentlemen that helped me were so great. They grabbed all four pairs in my sizes in a timely manner and were friendly and professional. Great selection of women’s shoes! Clean store with friendly service. I will absolutely be returning for more shoes.

Clean and neat aesthetics-wise. Well lit and shoes were easy to find. I like how they were grouped by brand, and there's brand signage at the top of the shelves. The store is nice and spacious too so easy to get in and out. Accessible parking mall-front.
